Pets are welcome at the sole discretion of Park Management. Only 2 pets per site are allowed. Pet owners shall be responsible for any and all damage caused by their pets. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. Please do not allow your pets to wander onto other people's lots. Pets are not allowed in the Campground Buildings. Pets are not allowed to be tied outside Campground Buildings or to your RV.
The Park speed limit is 10 MPH. Please observe it, for your safety and the safety of our guests.
Parking: Two vehicles per site. Parking on the grass is not permitted. Parking on an unused site is not allowed. Do not block any driveways. Parking on the street is not permitted unless you are loading or unloading. Trailers are not allowed on RV sites unless they are attached to an RV in a pull-thru site, based on our daily rates. Trailer parking is prohibited for any guest. No vehicle repairs shall be permitted on the premises.
Cutting of our trees and plants is prohibited. Do not climb, drive nails into or attach objects to trees.
Trash: Please place your trash in the dumpster daily. Do not leave your trash outside your unit overnight. All garbage must be placed in plastic bags, tied and put in the park dumpsters located on the street in front of the park. Boxes must be flattened. Your site must be kept litter free, including cigarette butts. Smoking is not permitted in any building or public facility. Please do not throw your butts on the ground. Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit. Overstuffed/indoor-type furniture will not be permitted outside of your unit. Refrigerators, freezers and other electrical appliances must be kept in your RV. Portable building sheds, cabanas, fences, porches, or any other structures are not allowed. No campfires are allowed. Fire arms, lethal weapons, fireworks or guns of any type are not permitted. Grills are permissible as long as they are not set on table tops.
Damage caused by you, your family or your guests is your responsibility. Loud parties, excessive drinking, offensive language or other unacceptable behavior by residents or guests is not permitted. Please do not drive or walk through your neighbor's site. Have respect for their privacy. Lot lines are generally from electric meter to electric meter. Please do not encroach on your neighbor's lot. If we have to call the authorities for any reason you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Patios are meant for patio furniture, not motor vehicles.
We are on a water conservation program year-round. Please do not waste water. No clothes lines are allowed. RV washing is permitted when using an automatic shut off nozzle and may be washed once every six months. ***Sewer*** Texas Law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using threaded connector or rubber donut.
The site is being rented for your RV and two motor vehicles. Additional motor vehicles must be approved by the RV Park Office and require a $20.00 additional charge. You may not assign or sublet your site, even if you sell your RV. All new residents must be approved by RV Park Management. You are being provided a service under a Site Services Agreement. You are not under a Landlord/Tenant Agreement. Theft of Service law applies. We have the right to inspect and refuse any RV or Park Model over 10 years old.
Only two ADULTS per unit are allowed (space rental is only for the tenants who have signed the lease and their minor children). Any guest that stays past "Quiet Time," 10PM, will be considered an overnight stay, and a $50 fee will apply.
